Specialties

I help kids and teens navigate all that comes with growing up. Whether it be understanding their neurodiversity, anxiety, or working on conflict at home. I take time to deeply understand how my clients unique brain works and what they need to thrive.

My style focuses on identifying and using strengths-based "hacks for success". I take a neurodiversity-affirming, attachment-based approach — which means I don’t see challenges as something to “fix,” but rather I help young clients better understand themselves—validating their experiences and empowering them with knowledge. I also support parents with insights and tools that foster greater understanding, empathy, and connection, bridging the gap between intention and impact to create a more supportive and attuned environment at home.

With nearly a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, and their families, I have developed a strong foundation in this field—most importantly, learning how to build meaningful connections with young people. My professional journey has spanned diverse settings, including residential treatment centers, nonprofit organizations, psychiatric inpatient, and other medical environments, culminating in the ownership of a private practice. I am deeply passionate about sharing my expertise in specialized areas while fostering collaborative relationships with my clients.

I’m a creative, client-centered therapist who tailors care to each individual’s needs, drawing from a variety of approaches. My style also includes collaborating with other specialties while I often work closely with teachers, psychiatrists, primary care providers, and occupational therapists to support clients holistically. I’m committed to ongoing growth and regularly participate in professional trainings to stay current and continually strengthen my work.
